COVID-19 Policy

We are still open and considered an essential business according to the State of Tennessee. Even so, we want to be diligent in doing our part to minimize the spread of COVID-19. For this reason, during this time, we are scheduling nail trims, baths, and other grooming needs for next month. We are still available for your other pet care needs. Please be advised that we are asking clients to wait in the car during your pet’s visit.

Upon arrival, please call our office and we will get your pet checked in. We will call when the doctor is ready so that you can get your pet out of the car to hand off to one of dedicated staff members. We will also call you with any pertinent information related to the visit. We are asking for payment to be made by credit card, over the phone, to minimize handling of cash and checks.

Please understand that our call volume is drastically increased at this time and we are answering calls as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times, and for trusting our team with the care of your beloved pet.
